Patricia Kenneth-Divine is the Director of the International Centre for Protocol and Diplomacy, (ICPD) United Kingdom. An organisation that promotes Leadership globally in the area of Protocol and Diplomacy.
She is the President of the Global Protocol and Diplomatic Network (GPDN) which has reached out to over 55 countries across the globe, she also engages with the Diplomatic Communities and committed to contribute and provide support towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 Agenda. She has developed solutions embedded in a series of planned programmes using tools of Diplomacy and Protocol. She has facilitated high level programmes promoting global Ethics and Practices in Leadership and Governance through accelerating the applications of Diplomacy within the cultural and Institutional Environment.

Through the Global Education Executive Programme (GEEP) a programme designed by the ICPD, she has worked with hundreds of organisations and Government Departments to influence performance and positive outcomes through Strategic Leadership. Under (GEEP), over Five hundred professionals have benefitted from its High quality Programmes giving more people the opportunity to learn. She has facilitated platforms to support Businesses with their International Business Protocol and Dynamic programme that provides the etiquettes of doing business effectively in over forty countries and emerging markets and Industries. Through these partnership platforms, she has provided excellent Business Advisory for potential companies who are looking at expanding their portfolios across Africa and Europe.
To promote Protocol and Diplomacy practices amongst young people she kicked off an internship program with UK Universities, supporting students with Professional Development through Diplomatic programmes.
Through the AfriProtocol Initiative which she coordinates, she is promoting and driving the Protocol agenda in Africa and also engaging with both Private and Public Sector Organisations to embrace Africa Soft Power, Good Governance and Business Opportunities into Africa. The programme has attracted professionals from across Africa hosting hundreds of professionals and experts who learn from our programmes.
She is also the founding President of the Association of Certified Protocol Practitioners in Nigeria, where she served and poinered the activities of Protocol practice in Nigeria and finished her tenure creating significant change and showcasing positive impact.
Also received the prestigious GAB( Gathering of Africa’s Best) award in the United Kingdom for outstanding contribution to the promotion of the positive image of Africa and Africans around the world through Protocol and Diplomacy.
Patricia is also the Principal Consultant at Synergy Systems Consults (UK) Ltd an International Trade Advisory firm and sits on the Advisory Board of Major Trade and Business Groups, Chambers of Commerce, Associations etc. She has also advised hundreds of British companies seeking entry into Africa as well as recorded successful delivery of high value projects into Africa.
Prior to setting up ICPD and Synergy Systems Consults, Patricia worked at the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office at the Trade Section now known as the Department of Business and Trade for over 12 years where she led as International Trade and Investment Adviser supporting British Companies succeed in Africa and the Sub-Saharan regions in the area of oil and gas, Sustainability and Renewable Energy.
In 2015 she was appointed as the Africa Representative on the Foreign and Commonwealth Board where she influenced policies, strategies and planning on local staff issues. With over 16 years’ experience as International Trade Advisory and Business Development, Patricia Promoted Partnerships and Investment between the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa. She sits on various Advisory Boards including Global Chamber UK.
